Receive Text UpdatesI’ve always been into fitness and health pretty much my whole life. I’m a very active person and I think you owe it to yourself to be the best possible you. I stayed in the best possible shape as a police officer and now I plan in carrying the same attitude into my senior years. I think you need to set the example and be the role model.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I hit the gym 5 days a week, walk as much as possible and spend a lot of time in the outdoors. I think having a good attitude, being humble and kind, and keeping your peace of mind away from the city are just as important as having a healthy body. I got lots of injuries doing police work but keeping your body and your core strong make a big difference in how you feel and look at life.
What would you do with $20,000?Put it towards a new boat to take the kids and grandkids fishing.
