Receive Text UpdatesI was injured in Jan. 2023. It took me a while to regain memory and the ability to even walk. I made a commitment to myself to began taking better care of myself and haven’t looked back. I’m thankful to God and His mercy. I’m always looking forward, not looking back.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?The only bad workout is the one that’s not done. The weight room is my go to place for self to self reflect and I reap the benefits of it Being attentive to others training helps me find new ways to train as well as surrounding myself with others who do the same.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d save it for a rainy day..
