Always thrived as an athlete. Competition is in my blood. As I got older & accomplished more and more, I got addicted to the grind. My dad’s passing also lit a fire like no other as well. Health is wealth. Now 30 y/o, I have such a more in-depth & passionate perspective.

Primarily the weightroom is my sanctuary. Among the clanging and banging of the plates, the loud music, the sweat, sometimes blood (ha), I find immense peace among the chaos. Being a lifelong athlete of every sport imaginable, now a pro wrestler specifically, fitness has taken various unique forms. It’s a journey. There’s no one specific route to “health” & it’s always a joy experiencing new methods and means. Ring work as a wrestler is a beast of a challenge in itself as well.

Reinvest in myself as I have with many other dollar amount along my life. I’ve been blessed with many a different opportunities and achievements - all of which I’ve doubled and tripled back down and reinvested into my passions/career/brand. Personal excellence is the ultimate form of success. Even revenge if you will. I live by “don’t get bitter, get better.” I ensure with every opportunity & dollar amount earned, I get closer to where I aim to be in life.
