My passion is fueled by my family and the standard I want to set for others. I once reached a point where I was out of shape and embarrassed to look at myself in the mirror. That moment became a turning point. I made a promise to myself that I would never feel that way again. Through hard work and discipline, I rebuilt not just my body, but every aspect of my life. The confidence I gained is something I’ll never let go of. Today, I’m stronger, healthier, and more driven than I’ve ever been.

My favorite approach is a balanced mix of lifting and cardio. I focus on moderate-heavy weights that I can control and rep out, allowing me to build muscle while avoiding injury. I do my lifting early in the day, then finish with 30 minutes of slow incline walking or stair work in the evening, along with abs. After overworking myself early on, I learned the importance of balance, and this routine is what keeps me consistent, energized, and progressing.

I would save and invest it with intention. I have a family, and my goal is to build something lasting while providing for them throughout my career. I work hard and spend a lot of time on the road, so I think long-term. I wouldn’t spend it on something that loses value, like a car. I’d let the money work for me while continuing to use my work ethic to cover everyday needs, just as I already do.
