Receive Text UpdatesI had low bone density so I started working out again. Doctors said I would be high risk for hip or spine fractures if I didn’t take care of it. I want to be able to take care of my family for as long as I can and staying healthy and strong will give me that ability.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train hard enough to be able to add 1-2 reps per workout or 1.25-2.5 pounds and not so much that I can’t recover and come back stronger next time. For me that means low sets 2-6 sets tops for most muscle groups 5-6 days a week. I also walk 3-6 miles 3-4 times a week and do sprints 2 times a week
What would you do with $20,000?I would save some and spend the rest on building up my venue rental business.
