Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I know the importance of having a good coach as a student-athlete and I get so much joy from seeing them accomplish their goals and become the best versions of themselves! I also enjoy helping people on their fitness journey as a personal trainer, and seeing them build not just strength but confidence!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I am a runner at heart! Anything from 5Ks to a Marathon (and possibly some ultras in the future), I love running. The best part of coaching cross country/track is helping kids see how amazing the sport of running can be for both physical and mental strength! Outside of that as a personal trainer I am game for any type of gym workouts and this year started doing more cross-training like swimming and climbing!

What would you do with $20,000?

To be honest, some of it would be used to catch up on some things in my own life. Unfortunately coaching does not pay very well and in the span of 10 years I’ve helped a lot of people but am not in the best financial situation in my own life. Little things like buying breakfast for the kids after practice add up x10! But I would do it all again. So some would be used for that but then I would pour the rest back into my program and my training/running business so I can continue my journey!
