Ive had 7 (L) knees scopes, 4 (R) Knee scopes, a broken (L) hip, torn Bursa and Labrum, 4 bulged lumbar, 5 level neck fusion and 5 Traumatic Brain Injuries. God, my kids and the Gym keep me going. My starting weight was 275lbs, im now 203 and 16.4%bf. Wouldn't be here without God.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Train till failure! Always! Give every rep 100% slow and controlled. Playing the drums is my fun cardio....if youre not sweating, youre not trying enough! Edit: just started "Recovery Yoga" to loosen up my hips and shoulders, seems to be helping.
What would you do with $20,000?I would improve my dirt bike track, and expand my home fitness room to help train my son's and other kids to learn more about proper fitness and riding techniques. And maybe expand my drum studio a little.
