When I was 13 years old I got strep throat. Which, due to not getting it taken care of right away, lead to rheumatic fever. My body joints aches all over. Coming from a Hispanic family, where a menthol chest rub is supposed to cure everything, I wasn't taken to see a doctor right away. Damage resulting in a heart murmur. Doc said I need to take care of my health both dental and cardiac. Staying healthy is now a way of life for me. Stopped drinking soda over 8 years ago. Want to help others now!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Running has always been my passion. Hiking a mountain trail is a cool way to enjoy the outdoors! Most of the time my local 24 hour gym is where I get my reps in! Lol!
What would you do with $20,000?I would put it towards starting my own gym. With a focus on training people to workout properly. Spread diabetes awareness. Several family members suffer due to diabetes.
