Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health and fitness is rooted in becoming the best version of myself and getting the most out of life. Being strong, healthy, and capable allows me to show up more fully— in my relationships and in how I experience the world around me. What once began as self-defense and self-preservation has evolved into an act of self-respect and self-love.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I enjoy a well-rounded strength training routine built around heavy compound lifts, bodyweight / skill mastery, and chasing a good pump. I balance that with plenty of movement—long walks with my dog, cycling, paddle boarding, and the occasional metcon when I’m feeling spicy. Training this way keeps me strong, capable, and engaged, so fitness supports my life instead of competing with it.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d reinvest it the same way I already do—into my growth and the work I’m building. That means developing accessible programs that help people demystify health and fitness, so they can train with confidence and get more out of life. I’d also continue supporting my wife as she pursues her second Olympic Games in LA28. When money is used to develop people and expand possibility, everyone benefits.
