What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Cardio, HIIT training, had always been my go to especially after age 50. The last 2 years I have incorporated weight training 5 days a week including focusing on certain muscle groups each day. One day a week I focus on cross fit type exercise. Jump rope, burpees, push ups, box jumps and kettlebell movements.
What would you do with $20,000?As a former assistant high school basketball coach I would love to sponsor summer scholarships for kids to attend camp. A friend asked me if I would support other sports if I won. Wrestling, tennis, anything to get kids involved in fitness activities. I also am an advocate for animal rescue.
