Receive Text UpdatesI train because I love the lifestyle. I am always trying to beat my former self in the gym while sticking to regimented nutrition plan. I also train like my life depends on it because my law enforcement career depends on it. I never want to be the guy that has to give an excuse to my partner and coworkers that I couldn't handle a situation due to my physical fitness. I do everything I can that I can be to be the best version of myself at work, outside of work, at the gym, and outside of the gym.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train 4 days a week with weights, I run sprints and do plyometrics twice a week, and I do jiu-jitsu 1-2 times a week. I believe in being a hybrid athlete because my law enforcement career requires it when dealing with possible fleeing suspects and combative suspects.
What would you do with $20,000?I would take my training and nutrition knowledge and start some sort of business online/ in-person business and help others on how to improve there health and fitness goals.
