Receive Text UpdatesI’ve always enjoyed playing sports and working out. As a soldier, fitness was a daily part of my life. After the military, I realized I had gained some unwanted weight and approaching the age of 50, I remembered a promise I made to myself on behalf of my mother to be in the best shape of my life on my 50th birthday. This promise exposed me to bodybuilding and I fell in love with the process, the structure and most importantly, the people. Being a role model for my kids is what fuels me.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Bodybuilding is my favorite way to stay fit. I love the connection I’ve developed with my body and finding new levels to ascend to with my preparation and training helps keep me focused. Being able to get outside and play football, basketball and soccer with my kids is a big plus as well.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I’d use it to help fund a fitness center where I could focus on training real people with schedules, kids and work to show them that success in those areas doesn’t mean letting your health suffer.
