Motivating others is super high on the list! When other people find out how old I am, it motivates them to take better care of themselves so when they reach my age, maybe they won’t have the aches and pains or medications that older people usually have!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I really enjoy a balance of weight lifting and cardio, 6 days a week! Gotta keep Sunday for God! I typically don’t lift heavy because I don’t feel the need to be huge, I just want to look good in my birthday suit for my wife!!! I also know that my diet plays a huge part in getting the results I like to see! So it’s a very clean diet with a ton of eggs and chicken! I also have 1 cheat meal each week and yes it’s usually PIZZA!!!

What would you do with $20,000?

20k would make such a difference in my life right now! Unfortunately this past year my wife and I had some financial hardships and were forced to put things on Credit Cards with high interest rates. But in addition to paying them down I would also donate a quarter of the 20k to the Make a wish foundation and St Jude’s Children’s Hospital!!
