Watching my friends and family struggle with health issues starting at a young age of 16, a passion for healthy eating and exercise ignited. Furthermore, when my daughter was born, a renewed sense of teaching her to be healthy and make it a lifestyle for her to carry with her was extremely important. And most recently, I was diagnosed with an extra electrical pathway in my heart, cementing my commitment to living an active and healthy lifestyle. Being healthy brings me joy.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I enjoy a mixture of strength training in a bodybuilding routine, endurance style heart healthy training taking on hybrid style routines like hyrox and cardio machines. Outside of the gym my favourite fitness hobbies are hiking in the mountains and jogging.
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 would be a huge impact on the future for my family and being able to pursue more opportunities for my children to learn and grow from.
