Receive Text UpdatesAs a former Soldier, I understand the impact physical fitness has on literally every aspect of life. Beyond looking and feeling better, fitness comes with a confidence that little else can mimic. I also have a passion for helping my fellow veterans. My goal is to earn personal trainer and nutrition credentials, in order to create programs and coach people, with veterans being a focus.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train in the gym (Oppose Gravity in Belton, TX) 3-4 days a week, with a healthy mix of strength and mobility exercises, as well as bodybuilding training. I also walk around 2-2.5 miles every day, for exercise. Higher impact cardio activities are difficult, due to some injuries I suffered in the Service.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the prize money to further my education and obtain my goal of starting a personal training and nutrition business, with some pro bono work for disabled veterans.
