Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness became my anchor when life felt heavy. Training gave me structure when my mind was loud, strength when I felt weak, and discipline when motivation disappeared. I’m not chasing perfection. I’m chasing longevity, clarity, and self-respect. Showing up for my body taught me how to show up for my life, my work, and the people who count on me.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train with a hybrid approach that mixes strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning. Heavy compound lifts build my foundation, while higher-rep pump work sharpens detail and endurance. I also incorporate core control, martial arts, and walking to stay athletic and grounded. Training isn’t about extremes for me, it’s about consistency, balance, and building a body that’s strong, functional, and sustainable for the long run.
What would you do with $20,000?Honestly, I’m not focused on the $20,000. At 50, after everything I’ve survived, and coming close three years ago by placing 6th in the semifinal, my real dream is to earn the title of Mr. Health and Fitness and see my face on that magazine. That’s the goal. The money is secondary, and I’ll decide on that later.
