My passion comes from reclaiming my life. After brain surgery, fitness became my therapy physically, mentally, and emotionally. Training gives me purpose, discipline, and gratitude. I’m fueled by proving that age is not a limit and that strength, resilience, and health can be rebuilt at any stage of life.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love a hybrid approach strength training, boxing, conditioning, and functional movement. Lifting builds power, boxing sharpens the mind, and cardio keeps me athletic. Consistency matters more than perfection. I train to stay strong, capable, and injury-free for life, not just for aesthetics.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into sharing my message creating content, supporting fitness programs for men over 40, and helping others rebuild their health after setbacks. I want to inspire people facing illness, injury, or self-doubt to believe in second chances and take control of their health.
