What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is through a high-volume bodybuilding split focused on mechanical tension and mind-muscle connection. I thrive on the discipline of heavy compound movements followed by targeted isolation work to sculpt symmetry. For me, staying fit is a 24-hour commitment—balancing intense sessions with meticulous nutrition and recovery. There is nothing more rewarding than the "pump" and knowing every rep is building a more resilient, aesthetic physique.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to launch a community wellness initiative focused on mental health and physical fitness. Having seen how much a healthy lifestyle can transform a person's outlook on life, I want to remove the barriers for those who can’t afford quality coaching or nutrition. By providing resources and education, I can help others turn their struggles into strength, ensuring that the title of Mr. Health & Fitness leaves a lasting, positive impact on others.
