Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness saved me when life fell apart. After divorce, training became my anchor—discipline when motivation was gone. I’ve lived two worlds (engineer by day, male entertainer by night), and I learned that real confidence is built in the dark, through reps, standards, and integrity. Now I’m driven to help men rebuild their bodies, mindset, and leadership through a warrior code.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Hybrid training. Heavy compound lifting is my foundation (strength training with measurable progress), and ultra-distance running builds the engine and mental toughness. I love training that forges resilience: progressive overload, conditioning, recovery, and consistency. No fluff—show up, execute, track it, repeat.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest it into impact and reach: document a full transformation series (training, mindset, discipline), upgrade content production, and build a stronger pipeline into coaching so more men can access the system. I’d also fund a few scholarship spots for men who need structure and accountability but can’t afford it yet. The goal is simple: turn attention into action and action into changed lives.
