Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health and fitness was forged in survival. After a double bypass surgery on February 8, 2025, I realized fitness isn’t about aesthetics—it’s about earning tomorrow. Training became my way of honoring a second chance, rebuilding trust with my body, and proving that setbacks don’t define the ending. Every workout is gratitude in motion.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train with intention and consistency—full-body strength training, steady walking, and mobility work. I focus on compound movements, controlled breathing, and progressive overload while respecting recovery. Fitness for me is about longevity, heart health, and discipline, not shortcuts. Showing up daily matters more than chasing perfection.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use it to get out of debt and create stability, which would allow me to spend more time caring for my elderly mother. Reducing financial stress would let me stay present, focused on my health, and committed to family. Strength isn’t just built in the gym—it’s built by showing up for the people who matter most.
