What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?To run I think it’s a great way to build abs an small muscle strength. Also through workouts using my own body wait.
What would you do with $20,000?Me and my wife are moving I think it would be a great foundation for us to build off of as young people. Also to keep investing in myself and my health to keep making progress.
