What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have found the long term hope of continued development, for myself to exemplify and realize, is best served by circuit training. By training to failure I increase cardio, balance, and muscle strength and growth in less time with less weight. Free weight for stabilizer muscle development is always my preferred method. Be consistent, form a lifestyle, and FINISH Oh, and eat healthy
What would you do with $20,000?I would probably relieve some debt (just a little) and open 5 savings accounts, one for each grandchild, with $1000 in each. Then I might take my extremely busy wife on a cruise (with no phone service)
