Receive Text UpdatesThe growth, going from the bottom and headed for the top has been my fuel. For years I asked why me, the most valuable thing I’ve learned in my journey within fitness is it’s the ability to flip why me to why not me.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I’ve been staying consistent with an hour and 30-45 minutes of cardio daily followed by a 6 day split for every muscle group. The key to staying fit is to remain positive no matter where you’re at don’t look at what could have been/ should have been, see only the can be and will be after this temporary discomfort.
What would you do with $20,000?I would try to build up the funds to invest in a gym of my own somehow, that and try to grow my media following to reach and inspire those on whatever journey they’re on.
