What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I was close to death with a diseased liver and broken joints. Not only that-my mental health was extremely compromised. Keeping up my physical health and finding myself again on the yoga mat saved my life and I would like to share this so as to hopefully save and inspire other men who may be in the same place.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Definitely Hot Yoga + GYM. I practice ashtanga and other various lineages, which are very demanding on the body. Diet is extremely important and I am a vegetarian. Contrary to many body building beliefs— this provides me ample protein, and I love sharing my diet with others who believe that meat eating is the only way to stay fit and bulk up.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would invest it into a yoga studio, and I would include a class specifically for men only because right now the yoga industry is predominantly, commanded by women. I want to get more men into Yoga because the way that it has saved me. I believe it can also save other men who are lost in the fog of illusion and depression. I would love for that to be the legacy that I leave behind. Specifically, I would like to leave behind a place of healing for men both physically and mentally.
