I grew up in Egypt where nutrition was never explained—whatever mom cooked was “healthy.” When I learned nutrition during personal training school at LHAA and applied it to my own life, I felt a real change, not just physically but mentally. That experience lit a fire in me. As a single father, it drives how I protect my daughter’s health, and as a firefighter, it pushes me to stay strong, fueled right, and be a role model for my daughter, my crew, and the community I serve.

I started lifting back in Egypt, learning the old-school bodybuilding mentality and foundations. I went to school for personal training, did an internship at a local CrossFit gym, and learned how to adapt workouts for any client or goal. Being a firefighter and training mostly with free weights taught me to stay flexible and value long, steady cardio. My workouts depend on where I am, usually lifting 6–12 reps plus 20–45 min LSD cardio.

First, I’d take my daughter on vacation to Cancun — she deserves an amazing trip. Then I’d invest in equipment to make better workout and nutrition videos in both languages. Right now I mostly record on my phone, which makes editing and English subtitles tough. With better tools, I could share my passion with more people and help others, building on the great following I already have in the Middle East.
