Throughout my journey I’ve been able to see the impact in many different ways. Many things in this life can have a positive or negative impact, but I believe health and fitness should ultimately bring us a positive impact to our lives. Many times we see the ones around us struggling with reaching their fitness goals and we feel powerless, but educating ourselves in health and Fitness we can all benefit in this positive change.

Incorporating the ones that I love. Health and Fitness is the lifestyle and it can be a lifestyle and a blessing. We can share to everyone whether that be making smarter nutrition decisions at dinner with the family, or planning more physical activities with Friends. Health and Fitness doesn’t have to be a solo journey. I like to train knowing I’m training for a purpose. I’m training for my future. To help others and show that it is possible!

If I were blessed with $20,000, I would use half of it to further my education in health and fitness. I am currently a college student studying kinesiology and want to begin personal training and teaching and helping everyone become more fit. The other half I would spend on resources for my family and friends to fit. This would be gym clothes, gym memberships, supplements so that we may all get closer to our fitness goals together.
