My family has always dealt with heart problems, been so worried about that happening to me I wanted to work out and eat right to eliminate that from being a big factor.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Calisthenics, explosive training, is helping the community.
What would you do with $20,000?I have kids fitness days, I give free training to the community to try and help with people who can’t afford 2-3 days the week. So I’ll use that to continue to give to the community and show different ways on building your health.
