Receive Text UpdatesThe desire to fuel both my body and my mind. Training keeps me mentally sharp, emotionally grounded, and physically capable. The practice of discipline and consistency has helped build my confidence and self-image that l need to achieve my goals. Most importantly, I see fitness as a way to lead by example—showing others that strength, health, and self-belief are attainable even when life seems at its busiest.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like to pair strength training with an active and rewarding life style. I lift weights for steady, sustainable progress while staying highly active outside the gym through my passions. I am an athlete, soccer is my biggest sport but I love may activities especially skiing. I believe the best training plan is one you can commit to long term and enjoy showing up for. What set me apart aren’t my measurements or my PRs, it’s that I demonstrate fitness that’s feasible for the everyday person.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest part of it into competing in a HYROX race to test my fitness along side elite athletes and push my limits. The rest would go toward growing my local business—so I can support my family, create opportunity, and give back to the community that’s supported me along the way.
