At the beginning it was because just I wanted to look as good as possible being shredded & jacked. Of course I still want that, but now it’s helping people achieve that for themselves. I truly believe everyone deserves to become the best version of themselves and that starts with their health & fitness. I always say, if you change your body, you change your life. You feel a lot better physically and mentally along with being more confident in yourself.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I compete in Bodybuilding competitions in the Classic Physique category. With that comes the hard, intense, pushing yourself past your limits training. I’ve always loved that though because when you feel that pain and hurt, you are building yourself stronger physically and mentally. Not everyone likes that feeling, so I love it. It makes me feel accomplished knowing I’m putting myself in that uncomfortable position to be better than my competitors and win.

What would you do with $20,000?

Honestly, I’m self-employed right now with my own coaching business so I would put some money into that to grow even more. The main thing I would do is help my wife become self-employed as well. She works in the business world right now, but we just started an online business January 1st for her to grow so she can end up doing that full time and get a store front or continue to grow online. That is the dream for us both to be self-employed to be able to raise a family together on our own time.
