What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I don't specifically have " a way" to train. I engage daily on a variety of platforms. From herbal tea to begin the morning moving into 45 minutes of flex training with core as center concentrated, cycling , weights in the afternoon with additional interval training on rowing and treadmill. Overall answer to the question I suppose would be ...variety of strength, lean mass adaptation by strong cardio and disciplined diet.
