What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is lifting heavy with intention—focusing on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows. I train hard but smart, prioritizing form, longer warm-ups, and proper recovery. I balance strength work with mobility, core training, and light conditioning so I can keep progressing, stay injury-free, and feel strong and capable at this stage of life.
What would you do with $20,000?Invest in upgrading my gym equipment and online training platform to reach more clients, plus stash some in retirement savings for long-term security.
