Health & Fitness aren’t just hobbies, for me they’re survival, purpose, and passion. Growing up sickly, living in hospitals and relying on oxygen tanks just to breathe has changed my life forever. Those experiences have fueled me everyday to push myself inside and outside of the gym. Being healthy and strong means I can now be there for friends, family, and anyone else who may need help. Being able to share the gift of fitness with others has made my life complete.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Strength & Conditioning style training is my go to style. Lifting weights helps keep me humbled and hungry. Chasing another rep or a new p.r. is a feeling of accomplishment and success. Condition training for me personally helps remind me that the lungs I receive is truly a blessing, a miracle. I keep in mind that someone’s life was lost so that I can have mine keeping them healthy & strong is the best way I can honor that gift.

What would you do with $20,000?

If i was to win the $20,000. I would used the money to help my wife with student loans, and our future home. My wife has been by my side through every doctors appointment every hospital stay all while still in school working towards her career. It would be the least I can do.
