I want to make an impact by helping others achieve their fitness goals. I want to build a community that is comfortable sharing not just their goals or achievements but also their trials and tribulations. Health is wealth. I want to live long and strong for my kids. The challenges I face in fitness helps me build character in other areas of my life. I was raised to never give up and never leave anyone behind. It's very fulfilling when I learn my content or advice have helped others in some way.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle while tracking my progress so I can keep myself accountable on my improvement. I maintain a reasonable diet and supplement with vitamins and natural remedies. I use turmeric, ginger root, and other natural ingredients with my pre-workout drink. I like to train a combination of bodybuilding and powerlifting. I complete my training with calisthenics. Knowledge is power, you can never stop learning new ways to train.

What would you do with $20,000?

With the $20,000 prize, I would invest the money into the businesses I currently consult and manage. I work in behavioral health and primary care for the underserved communities. The prize amount would help grow my team of providers and make us more accessible. There also needs to be more mental health support in the fitness world. I advocate consistently checking in with your primary care and be the healthiest you can be, both in mind and body.
