Receive Text UpdatesI have bipolar disorder, so my mental health is my primary fuel. As we know, mental and physical health are positively correlated. I have chosen to use my disorder to my advantage in this way instead of the alternative of feeling trapped or getting lost in self-pity. Being a positive influence for my children and to others who struggle with mental or physical disorders/impairments is also a huge motivator. I teach that you don't have to be THE best, but you can work towards being YOUR best!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train using multiple techniques depending on whether it is bulking or cutting season, but I prefer a evenly distributed split with a mix of LISS and HIIT cardio. Taekwondo adds another factor into my training, physically and mentally. Our tenets: Courtesy. Integrity, Perseverance. Self-control. Indomitable spirit.
What would you do with $20,000?Invest in the personal training/coaching business I am trying to kick off. I want to reach and help as many people as I can to achieve their goals and become their best.
