What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Wanting to live a long life and be an example to others my age. By doing regular exercises and physical checkup and eating What I call positive food.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Being consistent I use the FITT concept (frequency, intensity, time and type) from the military doing my time as a master fitness trainer. I walk between 12 to 16 miles a week and go to the gym four to five times a week. Total upper body 2 days a week. Lower body two days a week.

What would you do with $20,000?

I will donate to assist a location abroad that needs water wells drilled. Which I have assisted before. And I will also use it to educate others about fitness. Not just elderly folks but younger adults also. I do seminars to inspire to keep moving and think outside of the box.
