I’m hungry to be my absolute best for life in general. Being fit in the gym isn’t just about my body being strong, as the mental health benefits from doing hard physical work are even more rewarding. Being strong and healthy, allows me to provide for my family as I work a very physical demanding job as a heavy duty mechanic in the oil patch.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I enjoy lifting heavy with compound multi-joint movements in powerlifting and bodybuilding routines.
