I have overcome alcoholism and I take the health ailments I see in my elders and train and eat in a way that I believe will prevent those things happening to me , constantly trying to better myself while also being a good mentor to my friends and family. Always happy to help fellow gym goers and anytime someone asks for advice it's like a pat on the back!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Heavy compound weight training and my own unique approach and workouts that are somewhat unique or outside the "normal" I like to keep it fun and creative
What would you do with $20,000?I'm self employed and this last year and a half has been terrible. Finances are struggling and I not only provide for myself and my daughter who lost her mother years ago but I also provide for my parents following a business bankruptcy and have limited funds coming in. Somebody had to provide and the only someone is me. I would use the money for basic life necessities (food, shelter, bills, etc) and put some money back into world gym Brantford
