Receive Text UpdatesAt my age it is about longevity and functionality. This may sound narcissistic, but I like seeing the progress in my body while I am in the gym. That is why I always wear a tank top. Plus I love that I can work harder than anyone in my gym, especially those half my age. Working out for me is just as important for my mental health as well as my physical health. Discipline is a key foundation for my life!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I work legs & chest one day, shoulders and back the next day and finish with arms on the third day. I usually work calves and stomach on all days. I superset my workouts to keep my heart rate up. I don't bring my cell phone to the gym, I am constantly in motion! On my day off from lifting I use the elliptical machine for 70 minutes. I love feeling fit!
What would you do with $20,000?I would buy a new home elliptical machine. Pre pay a years worth of massages. I would invest the rest into my retirement, which I don't plan on retiring at least until 70 years of age.
