What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion is to assist others in helping them succeed on their life journey I have used the methods of fitness and exercise to help others into believing in themselves to help them overcome obstacles of life holistically To see someone change their spirit, mind and body and attitude to a higher level of self is incredible to witness Also to assist and observe many over the age of 70 become the best shape of their life is unexplainable

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Personally I have trained all methods over the years I have enjoyed them all But now at 48 I focus on stretching, flexibility and functional mobility Strength training emphasis on eccentric loading and angular isolation of course some concentric but also isometric squeezes in my reps Core strength most important to me Goal is to do 2 million pounds accumulating in 24 hours on my 50th birthday 1 million upper body 1 million lower body

What would you do with $20,000?

I have done well in my career financially thus far and been very Blessed normally serving 200 people a week in my private personal training business So I would probably split the money half I would donate some to local charities I would give some to the Shiners Hospital I personally was in the hospital myself age 4-7 years old and probably put some in savings for my grandkids college
