My health and family is what keeps me consistent, to be able to bond, grow strong, and healthy with them. I don’t want to be the man in a wheelchair at 70, I want to be the grandpa running and playing with my grandchildren at that age. Nothing has brought more joy into my fitness journey than watching my 5 and 7 progress in calisthenics with my wife and I.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have been weight lifting consistently for about ten years, from home workouts, gyms, hiking, all types of running and CrossFit to broaden my knowledge in fitness. Currently my favorite way to train is calisthenics which I started sept of 25. I’m now learning how to put the strength I acquired into learning to control my body. As a UPS driver I don’t have much down time so I use my lunch/breaks to run and do calisthenics to make sure I get it in.
What would you do with $20,000?It would allow us to buy more gym equipment for our home to ensure our kids had a place to continue to build them selfs up, and create even more core memories as a family. I would put away a portion away for my kids and their future. It would help pay down some of our bills to relive some stress on my wife and I and maybe even take a family vacation.
