Receive Text UpdatesI honestly was tired of feeling gross, like physically. I have more energy now and I just feel new. On the mental side of it, even though I was never insecure, I definitely feel more confident and I am doing things that I normally wouldn’t.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I go to the gym, I hit upper/lower splits, ill do the sauna, I play basketball with some friends, and my job as a bartender involves a lot of moving around as well.
What would you do with $20,000?I would pay off my college debt and use the rest to take my Dad on a vacation. He deserves it and I want to be the one to help him. If I have some extra, then I want to also take him to a couple MLB games, maybe even world series games, or NFL games.
