Receive Text UpdatesGrowing up I was always the smaller guy — short and skinny. Even after I grew taller, I stayed thin. Around 20 years old, I decided I didn’t want to be that version of myself anymore. I started lifting seriously through trial and error, learning how to train hard and eat to grow. Watching old Ronnie Coleman clips inspired me to lift heavy, stay disciplined, and build real strength and confidence.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train with a focus on progressive overload and consistency. I’m in the gym to build real strength and muscle, not chase trends. Heavy compound lifts — especially squats — are the foundation of my training, supported by machines and accessory work to stay healthy and balanced. I keep it simple: show up, work hard, recover, and repeat.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use the money to create stability. I’d pay down debt, take pressure off my monthly bills, and invest in my health long-term — better recovery, better food, and more time to train and work without constant financial stress. Stability would allow me to keep progressing physically and personally without burning out.
