Performance and responsibility drive me. I train to operate at a high level for as long as possible, mentally and physically. Health and fitness give me clarity, energy, and resilience. They help me be a better leader and, more importantly, a better father. Aesthetics fade. What matters is longevity, health span, and proving that professional success and a strong, healthy body and mind are not tradeoffs. They should always grow together.

I enjoy training that translates into real world performance. My routine combines strength training about five times per week with high intensity conditioning and endurance work, including Hyrox style training and mid distance running, about four times per week. Training is only one part of the equation. Nutrition is disciplined and clean, sleep is non negotiable, and I use recovery and biohacking tools intentionally to support balance, recovery, and long term performance.

I would split it with purpose. Half would go to charity, specifically organizations that support children with serious conditions and help families navigate long and difficult treatments. The other half would go toward creating a world class experience with my son. For me, the best use of money is balancing meaningful impact with investing in memories and time with the people you love most.
