My passion for health and fitness comes from growth—physical, mental, and personal. SproutFit represents becoming stronger from the ground up, building habits that last, and taking ownership of your health. Training is my daily practice of discipline and consistency. It’s not about perfection, but progress. Through SproutFit, I aim to show that anyone can grow into a stronger, healthier version of themselves with the right mindset and effort.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is hybrid—combining strength, endurance, and conditioning. I like lifting heavy, running, rucking, and moving with purpose. Training this way keeps me balanced, capable, and ready for anything. It builds real-world fitness, not just gym strength, and challenges both my body and mind. Hybrid training reflects how I live: adaptable, disciplined, and always improving.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won the 20k, I’d reinvest it straight back into SproutFit—better equipment, higher-quality apparel, and more content to reach people who need it. I’d use it to grow the brand’s impact, not just the business, and create tools, programs, and resources that help others take ownership of their health, build discipline, and grow stronger from the ground up.
