I love being able to inspire others to love themselves and push themselves to goals that they didn’t think were possible. Within this past year, I completely blew out my knee and with determination and grit, I healed up and was able to compete in 3 spartan races ranging from a 5k to a 21k in Killington Vermont, where I placed top 200 out of over 2000. Fitness has always been something to motivate me to be better in every aspect of life.

I love lifting weights and going to new outdoor trails to run. Being in nature while adding a fitness aspect to it is right up my alley and givess me a healthy way to stay in shape and be outdoors often. On top of all that, I wrestle so on top of being pushing my body to its limits, learning to be able to use your muscle in functional ways and defend yourself can benefit anybody from any background.

I would use it as a startup for my own gym! I’d want it to be tailored towards overall fitness so weightlifting, athletic training, Pilates, and recovery. I’d also want there to be classes for children to learn to safely work out, and even do dance and exercise classes. It’s been a dream of mine to be a business owner in a field that I love and if I could own a gym, it would be a great way for me to inspire and train others to be the best version of themselves.
