Receive Text UpdatesI’ve been doing this since high school. Now I’m 42, on and off most of my life. Everything changed when I learned about counting macros and controlling calories. Understanding nutrition, supplements, and what I put into my body and seeing it transformed was so amazing to me. It became a passion almost an addiction. Today, I feel my best and proud to lead as a dad who provides a healthy lifestyle and passes it on to my family.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I typically aim for five training sessions per week, though a rigid Monday–Friday schedule doesn't work for me as a trucker. My program consists of Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, and Lower sessions. I refer to them as “sessions” because my schedule can vary if I miss a day or two, I adjust by doubling up and completing two split sessions in one day, such as Push and Pull, to stay on track. My training style focuses on heavy lifting and free weights, combined with machines for volume and forms.
What would you do with $20,000?Pay bills, save for my kids, and, if blessed. Take my family on a trip to Hawaii or Thailand to reunite with loved ones. Time just keeps slipping by too fast.
