I injured my back when I was nineteen years old. I went seventeen years until I had surgery. After the surgery recovery was tough, I had to fight neuropathy for eight years. I never gave up and workout everyday first on a elliptical then a row machine finally beating it. Also my father got diagnosed with colon cancer at age fourty five and past away at age fifty. I was told it was heriatary so I vowed to always stay healthy and exercise.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is walking and hiking with my two dogs Goldie and Ghosty. I love walking them everyday twice a day around my neighborhood. I also love taking them on hikes around the several local lakes in my area and letting them run free and climb rock walls and paths with me.
What would you do with $20,000?I would most likely fix up my house and modernize it. One part of my house was built in 1934 and the other half was added on in 1979. It still has wood panels, old carpet and old windows Or I might just go on my first vacation ever after fourty fours years of life on this planet 😆 🤣 😂.
