Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health and fitness started when I was a teenager. As the smallest kid playing sports, I learned quickly that strength is earned through consistency and effort. Discovering weight training changed everything for me. Today, at 41, I'm focused on becoming the strongest version of myself and helping others realize that no matter their age or starting point, their goals are still within reach.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My preferred training style is strength training with body parts divided into their own training days. I also incorporate HIIT training one to two times per week. This approach is how I was taught to train, and it has consistently worked best for me.
What would you do with $20,000?If I won the $20,000, I would use it to pay down our family’s debt, which would be a huge relief. Any remaining money would go toward supporting my wife and our two teenage daughters.
