Health and fitness gives your body the maximum potential to enjoy life to the fullest. If you are not fit to move you can miss out on so much. If you don't have the right fuel you won't be able to get there. As a chiropractor I get to help in a part of healthcare by improving patient movement without pain but living a healthier lifestyle I am able to show and help others to achieve more!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I would consider myself a more classic style weightlifter. I like a progressive overload approach to improve myself a little bit more with each workout. I like to feel the intesnsity of the muscle contraction each set working through the full range of motion. I like steady cardio to keep my heart healthy as well.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20k I would invest in either opening up a new style gym with the ability to take care of patients on site and/or a healthcare business to focus on health markers for general health and cancer prevention. I want all to know what I have learned about health in my journey.
