What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I was at a point in my life where I was the lowest I've ever been. Seeing myself in the mirror so skinny, I felt like a husk. My mental health was taking a turn for the worse as well. The pursuit to become a little better each day. At the time I was also doing most of my journey alone and homeless.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love cardio, rowing, walking, jump roping, stair master. I lift twice a week, upper and lower days. Every other day is a active rest day so I do a cardio! Recently I've been doing hot yoga instead of a cardio, and it’s been tons of fun. Super challenging at times.

What would you do with $20,000?

Pay off my debt.
